opgc do not depend on whether you are pregnant or not or whether you are married or not it will depend on whether you are fulfilling the requisite criteria and qualifying with the minimum of 50th percentile in the exam or not and then how many marks is kovil decide which college you get into and which stream you get into

Admission are based on merits only it has nothing to do with your marritial status or you being pregnant. 
So i believe it will not effect your admission if you are pregnant.
Rest depends on the rules and regulations of the particular university one has applied for.
