If you are taking admission based on your domicile then the place you have your permanent home is your domicile. Your country of domicile means the country you permanently reside in. Your intent to remain in this place indefinitely makes it your domicile and makes you the place's domiciliary.

And in your case Andra Pradesh is your permanent residence and Telangana is where you have competed your education. So Andra Pradesh will be your domicile state.
