Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is the course that offers admission to students from all the streams. You can go for any of the undergraduate course you like. In your case, I can suggest economics hons or may be BBA/BMS or you can also choose any other subject that interests you.

Admissions are given on the basis on entrance exams. Some of the most famous exams are : CAT, XAT, SNAP, IIFT, and many more are there.
After clearing the exam part, you will be give percentile and colleges will call you for round 2 i.e. group discussion and personal interview. So, apart from your studies and marks in 12th, 10th and graduation, your communication skills are also very very important. If you're engaged in some extra curricular activities then its even better. So I would suggest start reading newspaper religiously and keep your current affairs and general knowledge strong .
