Your marks in NEET is bit less.
You can get some seats for BAMS in government Medical Colleges. .
And you should not be thinking of MBBS as the cutoffs for MBBS is quite high.
If you wants to persue MBBS then you can get it in private Colleges but the fees will be very much which can test the economic condition of your parents.
