It will be difficult to get admission in any government colleges.Dont loose hope, you can try for private colleges like DIT,Manipal,Shardha,VIT,SRM.

    Your boards result is very good but jee mains results is not that good. No chances for tear 1 colleges at these rank,specifically Cse. One thing want say, if you can wait till to last, you have chances for lower IIIT'S. In spot round their cutoffs even gone upto 1lakh. So as you specified for CSE, then IIIT'S are best. But at your rank you can get IIIT Bhagalpur & Manipur. You can get the colleges in spot round for sure. In IIIT Manipur, you can get CSE for sure but in IIIT Bhagalpur, no chances for CSE but you can ECE for sure.

As per your rank and your jee percentile you can't get NITs or IITs colleges so can counselling for some government colleges for Bachelor degree I hope you get some good govt colleges of your state or other states too. In counselling fill branch preference carefully.
