Hello Nishant,
As your percentile in JEE MAINS are quite good.Also your percentage in 12th board examinations are very good. With this percentage and percentile,if you belong to SC, ST or OBC you can definitely get a good state level government college.But if you belongs to general category, there may be a problem to get a government college. As rank and percentile required are more for general category.
