If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government medical colleges in rajasthan even through state quota .Previous year minimum marks admitted for an obc candidate was 519 for Government Dental College and Hospital, Jaipur (RUHS).
But since you are from obc category ,so you might get into some other colleges through all india quota.
If I talk about bams then Yes with this mark ,you have good chances of getting a bams government seat.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into bams courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
