I 'm from uttar pradesh can i get admission in mbbs in any medical college in karnataka ?

Hello dear
yes of course you can take admission in karnatka,  why Karnataka only,  you can admission anywhere as in neet 15 percent of seats are under all india quota.  But yes if you take admission in any state other than your home state , then you are not eligible for 85 % state quota seats.

I get 430 marks in neet 2019 can I get a medical seat in Karnataka if I am non Karnataka member and belongs to obc non creamy layer
