Hello Megha, You can get one college in UP under state quota general category. The closing rank for the U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah was 24680 in 2018. So, you will easily get admission in that college. Getting admission in any other medical colleges in UP is highly unlikely because the cutoffs are quite low. Also, getting admission under All India quota won't land you a seat in any college as the cutoffs for the lowest colleges are generally around 8,000-10,000 mark.
