I am sorry to disappoint you but there is no hope for you to get admission in any government college. Not only in Uttar Pradesh but in any state of India, you will not be able to get admission in any government college with this score. You can try for some low ranking private colleges or drop this year and appear again in the NEET examination if you are so determined to get a Government college.
