As per your marks I would like to say that you won't get a college under state quota as last year least marks to secure a seat from your category under state quota was 519 marks government medical College Bettiah  but you can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category

As per your categories of All India quota and OBC. With 460+ marks you are not eligible to get any seat in any of government medical colleges in Bihar. Cutoffs are much higher in comparison with your marks. So it will be better if you go for some private college.
