This year around 15 lakh students gave NEET exam and based on difficulty level of paper , this year the cutoffs have gone high. Scoring just 500+ ,the chances are low especially in the state like uttar pradesh the cutoff will definitely goes high. This year even a score of 565 couldn't get a seat.
