Well it depends on the vacancy.

Most of the time when you cross 72-75 marks in Gate you will get an interview call.

And the final selection of most of the psus is based on: Gate score[75 to 80%], Interview[15%], Group discussion[5 to 10%]

But considering the paper you can get a call from : NLC, NPCIL , NHAI is Impossible as it takes only upto AIR 15-18, HPCL, IOCL as last time IOCL called upto 300 AIR.
