This is basically depends on your goal. As if you want to be doctor than you need to focus on neet only. Or if you want to do research or any different thing like you want to govt. Job on graduation basis than you need to go with bsc. As bsc will save 2 years in your studies.
Also it is not necessary to do msc it is depends on your goal.
