Since your daughter is presently studying in AP, so she is entitled for 85% STATE QUOTA of AP.
Also, if you want that she should get the same quota in W.B and Bihar also then you have to make a separate domicile for both the states. As you are there in W.B for 30 years so there are high chances that your daughter can get the STATE QUOTA after making the domicile.

If you are able to make the separate domicile for both the states then your daughter will be eligible for 85% reservation.
Otherwise your daughter will get this quota in AP.
