Good Afternoon, Well doing MBA or PGDM or MCOM after BCOM solely depends upon where you see yourself after 4-5 years.
MBA or PGDM will land you in some corporate sector whereas MCOM will most likely land you in lectureship where you can along with PhD can progress in future.

After B.com both MBA/PGPM or M.com are equally good, it depends on your interest that what you wish to do in future.

If you wish to go for corporate jobs in the areas of marketing, finance, HR, operations etc then you should go for MBA as companies prefer MBA over M.com.

However, if you wish to go in the areas of research, do a Ph.D. or go into lectureship then you can opt for M.com. It doesn't mean that someone with an M.Com can't land up in a corporate job, but they are less preferred over MBA's.
