You need not worry for the mistake you have done in your application form. Since, the admission authorities will open the form correction window in the last week of November after the application form last date has passed. At that time you will be able to make the corrections wherever possible. Kindly wait for the application form correction window to open.

Inorder to rectify this issue just directly contact with the council of IIT M who is going to conduct GATE - 19. You can directly contact with them either with their respective mail id or their mentioned contact numbers. They will definitely help you in this.
