your rank can vary between 15000-25000 and you can get cse in nit patna,uttarakhand,silchar,srinagar,agartala etc.  you can check the closing rank of cse of all nits at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-b-tech-computer-science-and-engineering.
