Dear aspirant,
As per your percentile your rank will be around 125000 the number of seats available in top colleges around 40000 so you will not be able to get CSE in any top college like NIT or IIIT.
if you want to do CSE from top engineering college I suggest you must take a drop year and prepare again for the exam.
