For the percentile you mentioned will be having general rank around 170000. So you have very low chances to get any NITs with any branch. You won't get mechanical engineering with these percentile. For getting mech in any NITs you need to have general rank under 25000. So better is that if ypu once again prepare for jee main and perform well in april then you can get that.

Hi dear, according to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approx 166k or 1.66lakh but it is predicted that the general cutoff will be 85 percentile so there is very less chance of getting any NIT.

As per your percentile I.e.,81 u do have the possibility of getting seats in new NITs.
