Hello,

Yes, candidates who haven't participated in first phase counselling can participate in second phase counselling. You need to exercise the online web options when the schedule for second phase counselling is released. You need to login using your login credentials in the candidate login portal and exercise the online web options

i did registration for counselling but missed to do choice filling still there is no chance of getting seat allotment??
