Yes you can easily change your seat which you got in your first round by the seat which you get now.
It is not a matter of concern and you should relax. Generally, if you put a floating option it means that the current seat which you got is put on hold and in future round if any better seat is alloted to you then you can easily replace it by the seat which you got earlier.
So whenever you get any seat after the first round and if you want to take admission there then you can certainly take that seat and leave the seat which was alloted to you earlier. Also if you want to not go the alloted institute then you can simply not report at the alloted institute and also do not pay any fees to the counselling authority.
