You should know that anasthesia is a good career option in medical field.  If you get a chance to do it in reputed colleges or any other private medical college which is good enough to get you proper academics and knowledge so prefer to study in India.  As you know that abroad studies are far good for MBBS but thier you need more financial support for fees or any scholarships so if you are right to do mbbs then prefer to go abroad and you also get many bright chances as a doctor afterwards if you choose MBBS.
