Filling the pre-enrollment form of Mumbai University is compulsory. During admission, the pre-enrollment form also has to be submitted. Along with that you also have to fill the form for the particular college you want admission in (get the prospectus and offline form if necessary). Eg: Jai Hind college, St Xaviers etc have an online application form but there are some colleges where you have to go and get the prospectus and offline form too.
