Please visit the official website on :www.ntaneet.nic.in.

then click on the candidate login link.

enter the registration id and password and click on submit.

then click on the link "NEET Application form correction".

upload the correct signature/ other corrections.

the correction link will be valid till 31january 2019 (Tentative)

NOTE: you are only allowed to do correction in the form once,be careful.
