I am guessing your home state to be Karnataka as it's not mentioned here. If you really want to pursue cse, then getting nit/IIIT/gfits could be a bit difficult with your jee Mains rank. It could fetch you other branches for sure but cse in nit surathkal won't be possible. Hence you can go for PES University as the last year cutoff for cse was around 1000 and you can expect a seat in the cse department at PES.
