The minimum age limit for the scholarship is 16 years. The maximum age limit for the scholarship is 40 years. The candidate must have passed class 10th as a minimum qualification criterion. Those who have done 12th and also graduation can apply for the scheme too.

So if you are changing the college you can get the scholarship dear. But after changing the college you can talk your present college authority. They will give you permission then you can get admission another college.
