If there is no change in the alloted seat then you will retain the seat that was alloted to you at the end of JOSAA counselling. Your special round participation fee will be adjusted in your total fees of the college. Although if you do not wish to take admission then you can withdraw from the counselling proces and your seat will be cancelled and fees refunded. Hope this helps.
