I have paid 36500 participation fee of CSAB. I get a seat in first round n choose the option Float n says pay 35000 again for seat acpt fee?

Special Round Participation Fee - ₹ 36500
Seat Acceptance Fee - ₹ 35000
Participation Fee and Seat Acceptance Fee will be adjusted in Institution Fee.
If you does not report for Document Verification(Online) or report with in appropriate Documents,then Participation Fee and Seat Acceptance Fee will be refunded after deducting ₹ 5000.
If you report successfully,then you have to accept the seat offered in Special Round || and no refund will be allowed.
Yes, ofcourse. Everything will be adjusted in your first semester fees when you join your college. You can refer to CSAB rules and procedures for further clarity.
