Hi ayush, if you are talking about registration for AIIMS UG, and if your payment hasnt processed through, you may get it refunded back to your account in a couple of days which may be banking error, if not i will suggest you to mail the assistant controller of examination, stating your issues with the receipt and UTR no and ask for a solution, they will help you out and the mail id is exams.ac@gmail.com, good luck
