Yah participated in for all rounds of UPTU and have selected in in kit Kanpur but you are not willing to accept the seat and now you what to referred the deposited registration from of 20,000 rupees.

If a student intend to unwilling to take admission in allotted seat in medical counselling of UPTU then he has to FLOAT/FREEGE/aur Fridge with Float, option. But in any case I became silent for any option his candidature will be treated automatically as WITHDRAWN. the money deposited for registration will be deducted   in every counselling@of 2000 rupees from the amount has deposited as registration fees.

You have deposited rupees 20000 and attended 4counselling so the rupees 8000 will be deducted from your 20,000 rupees you have deposited as registration fee.
