KIT has a very compact and organized campus. it's located right on the highway, making it very accessible. The computer labs making it very accessible. The computer labs for the IT department are air-conditioned and have all the necessary software installed.

The faculty members here are very supportive. Since the batches are manageable, the teachers actually know you by the name. in the IT department, there's a lot of focus on practical coding. They often organize workshops on web development and cyber security.

For an IT student at KIT, the opportunities are growing every year. The T&P cell works hard to bring in local tech firms as well as bigger names like Infosys and Wipro through pool drives. They provide extra classes for aptitude and soft skills.

KIT is frequently cites as a high-value institution because it provides a reputable engineering college degree at a lower cost compared to many privare colleges and universities in my city. It has affordable fees structure , often around 60,000/- to 80,000/- per year for B.Tech cources.

As a B.Tech IT student in the Batch of 2026, I find the academic rigor to be balanced. The faculty members are approachable and possess deep subject knowledge, often going beyond the syllabus to explain industry-relevant concepts.

Placements at KIT are quite promising, specially for the information technology branch. The dedicated training and placement cell works tirelessly to bring in reputable companies for campus drives and selection.

KIT offers excellent value for money. The annual fess are reasonable compared to other private institutions in the region, specially considering the quality of labs and placement support provided. Outstanding and valuable.

Campus life is vibrant. there is a good mix of technical fests, cultural events, and sports competitions. it's great place to build a network and develop a well-rounded personality. I feel my Campus life is the best campus life.

campus is moderately spacious , including various departments, classrooms , sports area , library labs with all the laboratory equipments and chemicals , hostel facility is also available overall infrastructure is very good for academic purpose .

academics at KIT has a strong focus on completing the syllabus and preparing students for examination and interviews . faculty members are well educated , qualified and supportive they always helps in in clearing our doubt give assignment and prepare for exam .

placement cell provide training and campus drive but the student should himself / herself must work on skills like communication skill , leadership do not hesitate . they have contact with good companies like wipro , infosys , and average package is 3 to 4 LPA .

Fees is reasonable as compared to other private colleges specially for middle class family they provide many academic facilities for the studious student .

college life is not good in terms of fest , cultural activities and events availability of hostel is separate for both boys and girls college life is very boring and normal no much fun .

this college is UGC recognised and approved by PCI

Biotech department worse infrastructure and facilities are poor not up to the mark of an engineering college not recommended at all.. students are mentally harassed by providing inappropriate working conditions

Academics average but some faculty do not do justice to complete the syllabus time. Focus is more on cultural activities rather than studies and research projects. No students are motivated for research and moocs.

Poor placement in the field industry...students are provided generally sales job and forced to take up those jobs just to increase their placement count. No good company come for recruitment. No internship are provided in this department.

People on higher posts are too egoistic...have mood swings and deal students according to their mood... Faculties are good but not given rights...stupid illogical rules and regulations

Top class infrastructure with best lecture halls, laboratories, sports and recreational facilities. Some old hostels need renovations but still they are living conditions. There are several new buildings under construction like hostels, acitivity centres, and more.

I am in Materials Science engineering where I am studying about different materials available and how we can bring them into use case for variety of cases. It also includes studying about nano particles and quantum mechanics. Teaching style of professors is really good and the domain has recently started to grow in India.

Great placement qualities one would expect from the IIT. Highest package in the last season came for an electrical engineering student in a quant firm. Placement office is really supportive and conducts various sessions time to time. They also assign mentors who are seniors which help to prepare for the tests and interviews.

Yes the whole experience from academics to recreational activities it is totally value for the money. The detailed fees structure is easily available on the official site. It is around Rs 1.3 Lacs for UGs per semester. Students can also avail some scholarships based on the respective criteria.

Among all other IITs I have found the campus life here a lot engaging. There are very few restrictions upon students, this doesn't mean students go haywire and do reckless activities, they have the respect for authorities and do enjoy the liberty in its own limits.

Overall infrastructure of the college is very good. As there are different labs for graphic designing for coding and for all the branches students.In the central library all the books related to our course are available.

Teachers are good and they are helpful.Enviromnet is good for study the teachers taught students very dedicatedly. Level of internal exams are good enough to check our knowledge. Quizzes are organised to increase the knowledge of students.

80 to 90% students get placed in the reputed company. Average placement package is 6lpa. There is a placement cell which plays a good role to get placed students. Top MNCS comes in the college and take the students for their company.

The infrastructure facilities like a well - maintained library are there for study , a Wi - fi facility is available for the hostel as well as day scholars , and well - maintained computer labs . the quality of facility is good .

In our college the teachers are very qualified . and helpful for the students . and the teachers are well qualified for teaching . our course curriculum was relevant , and it also makes students industry ready .

Top hospitals like apollo hospital , AIIMS KGMC , GSVM , fortis , and many more visit our college to recruit students . top roles like software developers . and system engineer , are offered to the students .

College Infrastructure is good, each department having their own lab. Also having auditorium sitting capacity of 500 students at a time. Their is two cafeteria open and close. Hostel for boys and girls with mess.

I am studying computer science, quality of teaching is good. Their is not much burden of assignments. But college study is not makes you placement ready because of not updated curriculum by University.

I found Placement in Technical Field is not good but in Marketing and sales jobs are too much their. Average salary ranges between 4LPA to 6LPA. Placement cell were provide time to time training and test for students of final years.

Yes it is value for money for those who can only need to get degree.

College infrastructure is superb. every needed facility is there .classrooms are well maintained and spacious. Laboratories and libraries also have all required facilities anyone need. Playground also have all equipment’s.

The quality of teaching is up to mark. Professors are highly qualified and very cooperative towards students. Curriculum is revised every time and it is updated . Timely classes are organised in discipline manner.

The opportunity to get placement is very high and effective. Timely placement drives are happening. Almost every student get the opportunity for being selected. Salary package offered mostly depends on the stream from which you are.

Environment of KIT is great. And it getting better with the time.According to my observation both boys and girls hostel is good and well maintained and provided food is also quite good and hygieneful.

Most of the teachers are good but not all of them some are not able to give quality of education in engineering college. All the teachers are degree holder and some of them are PhD holder. They are very friendly with the students.

In KIT arround 70% students get placed in on campus for placement. Internship were provided by the college to the students from the initial phrase since the enroll in the course, which is really useful for learning and growth
