You can attempt as many times between lower age limit and upper age limit.

Lower age limit is 17 years.

Upper age limit is 25 years for UNRESERVED Category candidates and 30 years for RESERVED Category candidates.

Eligibility criteria for general category (qualifying mark of 50%) only.

There is no problem for you  in attending NEET 2019.
