You can join a good coaching institute to make your concepts strong and learn tricks on solving mcws. All the best.

Do not be disheartened if you couldn't crack NEET! There are a plethora of other career options to choose from. You can take up a degree course like plain BSc in the subject of your choice. Or you can opt for paramedical courses like DMLT, BSc in Radiography, BSc Nursing etc. You can pursue btech or bsc in biotechnology or biomedical engineering or take pharmacy.

If suitable you can even change streams and take commerce or humanities. 

If nothing else, you can prepare for NEET for another year and give it again in 2019.

You can either prepare again or if you don't want to gap a year you can definitely go for BSC courses or even phisiotherapy courses which have great scope.
