Hii satty,you are going to have enough time to prepare for neet as now you are in 12 only if you will work hard but my dear friend being your well wisher I would like to say that it's your 12th you should study for getting good marks in 12 as boards marks are too important,but if you can balance between your studies of school and neet preparation then it's okh otherwise you can drop your year after your school for the preparation it's upto you.Goodluck

Yes!really you can if you have a strong passion on it..first of all select a good coaching centre for a planned approach to the exam if you think self study can't help..solve all the NCERT problems and digest the textbook as well..make sure that you solved all previous neet question papers.hope this help
