Hii prince
You have achieved just an average marks in your class 12th boards examinations with 76.6 percentage aggregate score . This much of a percentage is not. Enough to get admissions in any College of the university of Delhi for pursuing bachelor of arts in political sciences. The cutoffs for this course are very high and has been the same for years. This year to you can expect the cutoffs of best of four aggregate to be more than 90+ in the south campus colleges and 95+ in the north campus colleges. You would not be able to make it if you belong to the unreserved category.
