I passed 12th in 2016 wrote jee main in 2016,2017 am I eligible to write jee main in 2019 as I have not written jee main in 2018.fromobc-ncl

If you haven't appeared for JEE mains in 2018 you are surely eligible for JEE mains 2019 as JEE Main candidates can avail 3 attempts for the national level undergraduate engineering entrance exam.

But i registered in 2018 but not applied and written jee main in 2018 can I eligible in 2019?

Sorry but since you have registered for JEE main and not appeared it would still be counted as an attempt and you are not eligible for JEE main 19
