According to the information yes, you can give Maths as a private subject in JEE Main and still be eligible for JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counseling, provided you meet the eligibility criteria. For JoSAA counseling, you need to score at least 75% in your 12th class or be in the top 20 percentile of your state board. For reserved category candidates like OBC-NCL, the requirement is 65%.
