As per Hugh Court if Delhi ruling, NIos Students with an additional subject as Biology are eligible to appear flr NEETUG

I have passed class 12 in 2013 with pcm and applied for biology as an additional subject through nios on demand exam this month can I fill neet 2019 form and if yes then what is the qualifying code for that
