I passed HS from WBboard in 2021 with 82%.I admit into Bsc general in this year.I don't give joint exam in this year for some problem. But I change my decision and I want for study in B.tech next year. Shall I apply for Swami vivekananda scholarship for Bsc or I stay as dropper and aply next year?

Hi, the choice is completely yours. What you need to consider while choosing a specific field is the return on investments that you will get once you complete your degree. The exams to join B.Tech. are equally difficult and the competition there is fairly high. If you are talking about the eligibility criteria then yes you are eligible and you can give entrance exams for B.Tech. B.Sc. is more of theory and less of practical work. B.Tech will make you industry ready literally. It is very practical based. If that is something you enjoy than taking a break for a year would be the best thing you could do. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.
