So with regard to your query, No you cannot write inter 1st year improvement exams, after completion of your inter 2nd board exams. You can only write the improvements after completion of 1st year exams.

You can only write the supplementary exams, after completion of inter 2nd year, there won't be any improvements after inter 2nd year exams.
