Hey there

IF you are an LLB graduate of the year 2002 and has a State Bar Council Registration of 2019. Yet, the you do not need to appear for All India Bar Examination because The Bar Council of India in its AIBE Rules and Regulations Framework has clearly mentioned that the LLB graduates prior to the year 2009-10, need not to qualify AIBE for obtaining 'Certificate of Practice' for practicing in Indian Courts of Law.

Hope you get your answer

Good luck
