As per the marks ypu just mentioned above, it is not easy to get appear in the NEET exam. Because they seek atleast 50% marks in PCB. So, try some other ways.

but obc caste canditate needs 40% that means I am eligible?

No dear, as an OBC candidate, you must possess 45 % marks in minimum. So, its a bit harder for you .
