Obtain a first-class XII grade before pursuing a BS in chemistry or biochemistry, an MS in chemistry, and a PhD. Invest your time and energy into research on a topic you are passionate about in order to succeed. I wish you luck. Alternately, MBBS, followed by MD biochemistry, followed by PHD, and the same.

ISRO, DRDO, and CSIR are a few of India's major research organisations. or else seek a PhD in the area that interests you, which will enable you to work as a researcher in that area.
