see cutoff score changes every year and it varies with the major determining factors such as number of applicants from any particular stream in GATE exam, students category, seat intake, questions paper level of difficulty etc. based on previous years cutoff you have chances on below mention colleges :

nit silchar- Instrumentation Engineering

nit srinagar- microelectronics

however at this score you have tough chances for any iits/ IIITs / top nits.
