Sorry to say you have qualified in Final year is important

The minimum educational eligiblity for GPAT exam is -

4 year course in Pharmacy after 10+2 from a recognized university or

Final year students of B.Pharm are also eligible to apply, provided that their result should be declared before admission to 2020-2021 session commences

So if even if one qualified the GPAT exam in 3rd year the result will not be valid because it was not the final year of graduation.
