Hey!

yes, you can apply for both the counselling. you can appear for counselling rounds in TSPGECET. Candidates who qualified GATE in 2018, 2019 and 2020 eligible for the counselling process for TSPGECET.

I will suggest you to prefer gate counselling because Gate exam gives many opportunities to the qualified students. It provides PSU jobs with good starting salary. Yes you can attend both Gate and TSPGECET counselling.
