Definitely after passing HS from WBCHSE you can apply for BSc agriculture in Orissa or any other state of India . For BSc agriculture admission there are two ways - 1) Give ICAR exam , get a good rank and take part in counseling , 2) apply in individual Agricultural Universities ( they may make merit list from HS result or can take entrances ) . You can go for any of these for BSc agriculture admission . All the best .
