I registered for Kcet 2019 but I didn't give the exam, while applying for neet Registration should I directly login or do new registration??

Admission to medical and dental colleges in Karnataka can only be done via the NEET UG ( for both 85 percent state quota and 15 percent All India Quota). KCET is not applicable for admission into medical and dental colleges.
In order to apply for the Karnataka MBBS and BDS colleges via the 85 percent state quota, register yourself in the official website of the state counselling conducting body.
