I have same problem,I registered for round 1 ,one college is alloted to me but did not opt for freez or float and did not paid counselling fee 20000,now they are allowing me for 2nd round,they are not accepting as new registration candidate, and they are allowing to fill choice in old one.Any suggestion what to do for participating in 2nd or third round??

No...i float but did not paid ,may be is there any chance otherwise....

i called to uptu helpdesk no,they are saying no, without paying confirmation fee of first round ,we can not participate in second round and when i asked is thier any way to participate ,in second round they just said no way and cut the phone...do you have find any new option????  

If you alloted seat and did't pay fee then out from counselling.
